Coastal Habitat Restoration This Weekend

Dog Beach Ocean Beach —
West Point Loma Boulevard and Voltaire Street. Friends of the San Diego River Mouth invite volunteers to help restore “one of the last remaining coastal dune and wetland habitats” in SD. Activities: invasive plant removal, native plant rescue and planting, trail maintenance, litter removal. Tools, supplies provided. Wear closed shoes. Meet in grassy area just inside Dog Beach parking lot at western end of Voltaire Avenue. RSVP: 619-297-7380.
