Realtor Steven Johnson heads up the Buyer services division of PacifiCal Realty Group. He is a native transplant to San Diego, having lived in the Metro area since 1978. Steven first came to San Diego County in 1975 and lived on Coronado. Due to his father having served in the US Navy, his life in Coronado began after arriving from Oahu, Hawaii following his birth in London, England.
Steven brings a great knowledge of the many Metro neighborhoods of San Diego. Currently residing in Mission Beach, Steven has also lived in Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Bankers Hill, University Heights, North Park, Normal Heights, and Kensington in this 30+ years living in San Diego.
Steven launched his customer service career while managing the historic Abbey Restaurant in Bankers Hill and then going on to work for both the Hyatt and Marriott hotel corporations. He was a member of the opening staff for the San Diego Convention Center assisting with the management of the Banquet Services department. After leaving the hospitality industry he entered the Healthcare Industry, having held positions in supply chain management with Pharmagen Biosciences, Sharp Healthcare, and Scripps Healthcare.
Steven has served as the Metro Realtor Association co-chairman and is currently a board member. A licensed Real Estate Agent in California since 2004, he has successfully sold numerous foreclosure, REO and traditional listings as well as successfully representing buyers in the purchase of traditional, foreclosure, and short sale properties. Working with our country’s active duty military and Veterans is always a privilege and honor and he is very familiar with the special components of VA financing as well as FHA and conventional products as well.
